Some products in kitchen and household category are shipped from our U.S. continental distributors' warehouses to make your shipping charges as low as possible. Hawaii gourmet foods, Hawaii Kona coffee, DVDs, Hawaiian nesting dolls, spectacular island calendars and exotic tropical perfumes are being shipped from Hawaii. All perfumes require ground shipping with exception of airline-safe perfume oils/essences.
Payments Accepted: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks drawn on U.S. banks, domestic and international money orders.

Please reference your order number found in a confirmation email, call from the phone number you entered for your order, do not block your caller ID when leaving a message or repeat your phone number so we could locate your order easier. To ensure safety and accuracy of your order information, we do not accept phone orders at this time. Please order online at Hawaii-Gourmet-Shopping.com or order by mail. Our contact page is easily found at the bottom of all store pages. Local time is Hawaii Standard Time.
If you received an email or phone message from Aloha Dream Kitchen about issues with your order, or your order status states Pending Review, the best way to correct your details is to place a new order with updated information and request cancellation of a previous order. Or, please make changes by logging into your Aloha Account (currently unavailable, see Section 7 below).

Shipping rates are based on package weight as shown below (approximation, subject to adjustment). Also, shipping and handling fee depends on your zip code and number of items ordered. The more you buy in one order, the more you save on shipping. To calculate shipping, open Shopping Cart (see to the left) and use shipping calculator on that page. Shipping amount will appear below your order subtotal. For additional details, scroll to Sections 15, 19-25, and 34 below.
Add weight of packaging (a bag of coffee or bottle of 3 oz. perfume is
0.9 lb. each with packaging; two boxes of chocolate - 1.9 lb.). Example
below is for three (3) items in your order. Add sales tax if shipping
to Hawaii zip code: multiply total amount including shipping by 0.0471.

Sales Condition: By placing
an order with us, you certify and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed
to all terms listed on this web page and on product page, you are at
least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a
binding sales contract. You cannot purchase certain articles or
participate in our giveaways and contests if such activity is
prohibited by law in your state or country.

Holiday Guidelines:
Add five-ten business days
to these time frames for order processing and verification of in-stock
items. Add three weeks to
all Wailtist orders (backorders) unless a longer wait period was
communicated to you. Keep in mind that all perfumes require ground
shipping (three-five weeks) with exception of Terra
Nova Perfume Essences that contain no alcohol.
The time frame below will give you an idea for length of shipping to
prepare for most U.S. holidays with December being the busiest month of
the year.
- Please place your holiday
orders by December 14 to receive them by December 26 (keep
reading).
- Fragrance orders must
be placed by December 10 to arrive on time via ground post (or December
14 for Terra Nova perfume oils). U.S. West Coast shipments may still
make it if ordered by December 13. Perfumes may arrive in a separate
shipment as compared to the rest of your order. Delivery to rural
destinations & difficult-to-reach locations may take longer.
Poor weather conditions may delay shipments.
- 2nd Day orders must be
placed by December 16. Unavailable for fragrances.
- Express Mail orders
must be placed by December 19. Unavailable for fragrances. Exceptions
may apply.
- International orders
must be placed by December 5 to arrive by December 26.
- Some kitchen and household orders may experience slight shipping
delays as they require additional processing time.
- We will do our best to process your order as quick as possible.
- Gift packaging and free
gift messages are available for all Hawaiian products including Fork
Chops, coffee, teas, calendars, stationery, nesting dolls, fragrances,
body lotions, jewelry and makeup. Kitchen and household items cannot be
gift-wrapped but may include a brief gift note (please specify in
Comments when placing your order).
As the holidays approach, shipping carriers may be closing
and/or suspending their delivery guarantees for certain days.
4.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We are here for you and will be happy
to assist you. Please be sure to contact us with any questions (email
is recommended for fastest response).
To receive a refund, exchange or replacement, you shall return a
product purchased from us in its original packaging within thirty (30)
calendar days since arrival date (see tracking information) or
forty-five (45) calendar days after shipping date (postal stamp on your
package) if arrival date is unavailable unless shorter return period or
"No Returns" is stated in item description. You have to follow the
return requirements below. If your return does not arrive to us, we
assume that you decided to keep the item. In that case we shall recover
a total retail cost of shipped merchandise, original shipping and
handling fee, a cost of return label if issued and any card processing
fees. If we send you a return label, its cost is deducted from your
refund upon receipt and inspection of the parcel. Sending your package
to the bank or anyone else does not count as a return, it has to arrive
to our address or address we emailed to you with return instructions.
A store credit is issued for your return if more than 30 days have
passed since your order date as our system does not store your card
information in most cases. Otherwise, your refund is credited to the
same account you have used for your purchase. No credit can be issued
without a return of merchandise, no exceptions. A partial return is
accepted if more than one item was ordered and you wish to keep one or
more of them. A refund will be adjusted accordingly.
For kitchen and household products and appliances, please email and
call us to request a Return
Authorization Number. Do not send returns to the address
above. All returns must be sent with prepaid shipping to the address we
will supply along with the Return Authorization Number. This Return
Authorization Number and a brief description of a merchandise defect
must be written visibly on the shipping box. Include all parts and User
Manual that were inside the original manufacturer carton. Up to 100%
chargeback fee will be applied to incomplete or wrong serial number
returns and products damaged due to improper packing during return
shipping.
All defective items must be returned for replacements
immediately in compliance with the return procedure described above.
Replacements for defective items will be shipped to you at our expense
unless you wish an upgrade for another item. We strive to replace your
product promptly. However, if the item is out of stock, you will be
offered to wait for shipment or be refunded.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be
shipped with postage prepaid. A 25% restocking fee may be applied to
returned electric items that are proved to be non-defective upon
technical inspection.
5. Order Screening
For your protection, each order placed with our company is subject to
screening procedures. Please make sure to read our Privacy
Policy. We will never sell your data to anyone. Your peace of
mind, your trust, and our good reputation are of great value here.
In some cases, we reserve the right to ship your first order
to a confirmed billing address only. We will not ship to PO Box unless
it is your billing address appearing on your statement, i.e. Confirmed.
If your billing address does not match your statement, we may cancel
your order or hold your payment for up to seven days until it clears.
6.
Confirmation Email
Immediately upon placing an order, you will receive an automated email
from Aloha Dream Kitchen confirming that your order has been received
by our system. If you have not received a confirmation email, please
check your Bulk folder or add yahoo.com into your trusted list since we
are currently based on a highly reputable Yahoo! Merchant platform.
Feel free to contact us as some mailing programs such as AOL may block
automated emails originated from our servers. For these reasons, we
highly recommend registration to create your own Aloha account,
especially for AOL users (see Registration Is Optional below).
The best way to check whether your order went through is to access you
Aloha Account. You must be signed in via a link on top of our home
page or follow a link to your account from either order email
or registration email. We will never ask for your password.
If you do not receive any communication from us besides
confirmation email with your order summary, and your order status does
not say Shipped, it usually means that your order is approved and is
currently processing. If your order status shows as Pending Review, you
might have entered incorrect address that does not match your card
information. We will attempt to verify your address or will contact you
requesting address corrections. For international order, approval
period may take longer.
The second message you will receive is normally a shipping
confirmation email with a tracking
number or estimated delivery date.
If you cancelled your order, or we had a reason to cancel it
and were unable to contact you and resolve the issue, you will receive
a cancellation email. In such case, feel free to place a new order with
corrected information.
7.
My Account
Creation of new accounts is currently disabled. To access My Account
(your Aloha Account) page for registered customers, click the Search
button to the left of any store page and look for Sign In
or My Account link near the top left corner on a
search page. This option is available on our search page only at this
time. You might need to refresh your Order History page in some
browsers if it appears blank.
If you did not create an account, follow the order status link in your
order confirmation email to view your order and its latest status. Only
registered users may access all past orders since registration date
through My Account page. To create your own Aloha Account, look for
registration instructions below.
8.
Registration is Optional
Registration (not a Sign-up for newsletters) is currently disabled.
Registering with our Aloha Dream Kitchen gift shop
(Hawaii-Gourmet-Shopping.com) will make your life easier. From your My
Account page (see Search link to the left), you may keep track of your
purchases, access order status and tracking information, print order
details, correct your address to avoid order processing delays
(especially when order status shows as Pending Review), as well as
quickly reorder your favorite products before running out. Registration
is optional and may be
completed at any time. PayPal orders ship to an address entered during
checkout, so please communicate any corrections separately. Also, you
may continue ordering without registration by selecting Guest Checkout option when
prompted.
If uncomfortable with the process described below, make sure to login
into your Yahoo!, Google or AOL email account before starting
registration. This will speed up your Aloha account setup and will
eliminate one step of entering user name and password on unfamiliar
screen. This process of linking
accounts makes it unnecessary to create one more login and
password while protecting your Aloha account information.
First, open Shopping Cart (to the left) and click Checkout (or click
the Register link in left top corner of Search
page). Second, click on Register and
Check Out button (you may complete checkout later or keep
shopping). To register, you will need to sign into your Yahoo!, Google
or AOL email account. Or, create a new email account first. After you
make your choice of email client, you will be taken to a respective
secured web site (starting with https://) and asked to enter your
email's user name and password unless you are already logged into your
email (we recommend that you be already logged in). Your password is
never transmitted to us and we have no reason to ever ask for it. A
note on you email login page will say that Hawaii-Gourmet-Shopping.com
is requesting certain information from your email account in order to
complete registration. The only information we receive in this process
is your email address and user name.
On the next screen, you will see your user name and email address
pre-filled into Aloha registration form and will be asked to enter your
shipping address with phone number. Your daytime phone number is needed
for UPS and 2nd Day Air shipments. You may also specify whether you
wish to receive our Aloha coupon offers. Your information is always
kept confidential.
Upon completion, an email will be sent to you with a link to your Aloha
Dream Kitchen Account, where you will view your order history and order
status. Make sure to remember the user name and password you used for
your email account. Otherwise, you would have to start a new Aloha
registration. We highly recommend this registration to AOL users who experience
difficulties with receiving order status updates from our system.
Registered users will also have certain privileges and special rewards
for repeat orders.
When using a smart phone, we recommend selecting Guest Checkout button
after clicking Checkout. Or, minimize that page to view all checkout
options including registration.
9.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order no later than two days before shipping
occurs. To do so, please email
us (see top of this page or Contact Us link) from the same email
address you provided when placed your order. Your email message must
have the word Cancel in subject line. We will take reasonable efforts
to stop processing and shipping. Cancellation becomes effective upon
our confirmation only. A voice message alone is insufficient to cancel
unless you email us as well.
10.
Secure Shopping Cart and Credit Card Processing
Our web site is secured as indicated by https://
in your browser once you access shopping cart or checkout pages. Rest
assured that all your personal and credit card information is being
properly encrypted while transmitted over the Internet and processed.
Your data would never be given away by Lanawiliama, Inc. (Aloha Dream
Kitchen) in any form except to report an order we believe to be
fraudulent, to obey the court order for credit card fraud
investigation, or to enforce a payment from a nonpaying customer.
Please see our
Privacy Policy for details. A similar trustworthy privacy
policy is also employed by PayPal who will not give your information
away.
Pay directly with major credit or debit
card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express),
use your bank account or
pay with PayPal account funds.
See below for comprehensive step-by-step instructions for PayPal
payments. Personal checks drawn on U.S. banks, cashier's checks,
corporate checks and money orders are also accepted (see respective
section below). For Yandex.Money payments from most cards issued in
Eastern Europe and Baltic, email us for instructions.
Once you place your order, an initial authorization is applied to your
account. It is not a charge, it's a standard automatic transaction that
temporarily puts your total purchase amount on hold for a few days
until it expires. Backorders (indicated as waitlist in item
descriptions) do not get charged until we are ready to ship with some
rare exceptions of PayPal or international payments. For this reason,
backorders often require a reauthorization. Please keep enough funds in
your account to cover your waitlisted purchase.
11.
Smart Phone Users
Our page has been improved for mobile users. When you are shopping from
a smart phone, please use Guest Checkout if prompted at checkout. To
view any floating windows with all options, minimize the page. Some
information may be unavailable on mobile version of our site. Use
Search page to get to a full version of our web site but be sure to
return back to mobile version for improved checkout.
12.
How to Pay with Credit or Debit Card or Sign Up with PayPal at the Same Time
Using credit cards in our store is safe and easy. Credit
cards are processed either directly or through
unique PayPal merchant system that hides your financial information
from sellers giving you more control and confidence for online
shopping. The major difference as compared to a regular credit card
processing is that you create a PayPal
password (8-20 digits) to later access your
PayPal account/wallet if you choose to do so. Password allows to safely
conceal your financial information while making it possible to process
your credit card online and identify you as a buyer for this certain
transaction. Create a strong password with at least one upper case
letter and at least one number. Do not share it with anyone, even a
merchant. Your login, password and financial information are properly
encrypted by PayPal and are not transmitted to us.
You do not have to maintain your newly created PayPal
account/wallet since it is free. No obligations. You may cancel it
after making a credit card purchase with us but it is so easy that you
would keep using it online, over and over again.
Please follow these comprehensive instructions on how to check
out with credit card.
1. While in shopping cart, click Checkout.
New screen will show.
2. Enter shipping address to which you want
your package be sent.
3. Select shipping method and click Apply
to see shipping and tax on the top of the page.
4. Enter phone number (required for UPS and
FedEx shipments) and email address to which your order confirmation
will be emailed.
5. Enter a gift message, coupon code if
any, and share your comments if desired. See a list of items you are ordering and your order total on the very right top side of your screen. If there is no order total shown, you probably forgot to hit Apply next to a shipping method (under your address).
6. Select "Pay Using PayPal" and hit Continue at the bottom. New screen will appear
with PayPal logo on top asking you to Log into an existing PayPal account or "Pay with Debit or Credit Card." The link in your browser will start with https://www.paypal.com/ to indicate secure connection for
safe credit and debit card processing. If you are already logged into your PayPal account, you will see your payment source options instead.
7.. Click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button. A new page will appear with our Aloha Dream Kitchen logo on top, PayPal logo below it and a title PayPal Guest Checkout. You will fill out your information and click Continue. If you wish to sign up for PayPal account at the same time, select Save my payment info and create a PayPal account (right under the Continue button). If not, select your country from the list,
enter your name, credit or debit card number, billing address that
matches your card records and your phone number. All fields are
required. If billing address entered does not match your card
statement, your payment may be denied or held for up to seven days
until it clears.
8.. If you are signign up for PayPal, continue by entering your email address
and create a unique 8-20 digit password. You may reset this password
later by logging into your PayPal account at PayPal.com. PayPal
protects your financial and login information and does not transmit it
to merchants. We will never ask you for this information if you choose
PayPal.
9.. Review PayPal Service Agreement and
PayPal Privacy Policy. PayPal will not release your personal or
financial information to anyone and will use your email address for
order communications only. Click Agree and Continue to complete your
order. To return back to your shopping cart at any time, look for our
link at the bottom left corner saying "Cancel
and return to Aloha Dream Kitchen"
10. Upon completion of PayPal payment, you
will be logged out and redirected back to Aloha Dream Kitchen to see
order confirmation screen and continue shopping. A separate payment receipt is
emailed to you from PayPal as well as confirmation email with an order confirmation (your receipt) from Aloha Dream Kitchen.
11. Look for ALOHADREAMK in your account to find your transaction with us.
Most payments process a few days before they ship. International orders may be charged in advance. Some waitlist orders may also require an earlier payment to secure requested quantity as we are start a restocking procedure. Order processing and verification may take five to seven
business days on our end unless a longer time is given in a product descriptions under "Order Processing Time" near the order button.
Make sure to provide correct billing address that matches your card
records. We strive to ship all packages as soon as possible.
13.
PayPal Account Payments
To pay with your PayPal account, please follow these easy steps:
1. Click Order button for desired product or click
Shopping Cart to the left of any page. Your shopping cart will be
shown. Click Checkout.
2. Enter shipping address to which you want
your package be sent.
3. Select shipping method and click Apply
to see shipping on top of the page.
4. Enter phone number (required for UPS and
FedEx shipments) and email address to which your order confirmation
will be emailed.
5. Enter a gift message, coupon code if
any, and share your comments if desired.
6. Click Continue. New screen will appear
with PayPal logo on top asking you to log into your existing PayPal account. (If you are already logged into your PayPal account, you will see the next screen with funding options instead.) The link in your browser will
start with https://www.paypal.com/ to indicate secure connection. At
this point, only you and PayPal will see information you enter. Enter
your PayPal login and password. Or, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to use PayPal Guest Checkout and do not check the option "Save my payment info and create a PayPal account" at the bottom (above the Continue button) to avoid signing up for PayPal or do it later. All data is safely stored by PayPal and never transmitted to merchants. (Or, if
you do not with to use PayPal, simply enter your credit card
information during checkout as usual.)
7. PayPal screen with your order total will
appear. View a funding source shown (usually your bank account or
PayPal cash balance). If you prefer to pay with credit card instead,
click Change to add a new card or select a credit/debit card from your
list. If choosing e-check (electronic check) option, allow up to seven
days for your e-check to clear. Your bank account or credit card number
is never transmitted to merchant and we will never ask for it.
8. Make sure your PayPal address shown is Confirmed, i.e.
matches your billing address for bank/credit card statement. Selecting
Unconfirmed billing address on PayPal page may slow down your order
processing. To return back to shopping cart at any time, look for our
link at the bottom left corner of all PayPal pages saying "Cancel and return to Aloha Dream Kitchen"
If PayPal session has timed out, login screen will appear again.
Reenter your PayPal login and password and click Continue to
finish Aloha Dream Kitchen checkout or return to shopping cart.
9. After reviewing your billing address and
funding source, click Continue to complete payment. You will be logged
out and redirected back to Aloha Dream Kitchen to view order
confirmation and continue shopping. When PayPal payment is complete, a
separate payment receipt is sent to you from PayPal as well as our
confirmation email with your order receipt.
10. Look for ALOHADREAMK in your PayPal account to find your transaction with
us. Most orders are charged a few days before they ship International orders are charged in advance. Some waitlist orders (backorders) may also need an advanced charge to secure a requested quantity during our restocking process. Order processing and verification may take five to seven business days on our end unless a longer time frame is given in a product description under "Order Processing Time" (above the Order button). Please use Confirmed shipping address to speed up this process. We strive to ship all packages as soon as possible.
Note:
If a certain card or bank account has already been linked to an
existing PayPal account, you may be unable to use it with a new account until you unlink it.
PayPal is a convenient worldwide payment system that securely stores and encrypts all your payment information under your account name. You may add your bank accounts as well as credit and debit cards
to use them for safer shopping online. You could even create an e-check
that will send funds from your bank account to the seller without ever
revealing your bank account information. Only you will have an access
to your PayPal account. Keep your password confidential and do not
share it with anyone, even a merchant. In case of refunds, PayPal will
deposit your money back to a card you used for a particular
transaction. If you accumulate a cash balance, you may transfer it to
your bank at no charge. You may also apply for PayPal debit card to
have an instant access to your PayPal cash balance. Keep in mind that you must be at least 18 y.o. to use PayPal or place an order with us.
14.
Order by Mail with Personal Check or Money Order
Print and fill out our order form to mail.
You may pay with U.S. check, cashier's check or money order. Please make it payable to Lanawiliama, Inc. and mail to our address shown on top of this page along with a product name, item number, desired
quantity, and your address printed clearly. To avoid delays, please notify us about your payment coming in the mail. We recommend that you keep a copy of a mailed check or money order for your records.
To calculate a shipping charge for your order, please place desired items into Shopping Cart by clicking Order button. Your Shopping Cart will appear. Scroll down, enter
shipping address, select shipping method, click Apply, and see your order total along with shipping charge and any applicable tax shown on top of this page.
If using the shipping table above, be sure to add weight of packaging (a bag of coffee or bottle of 3 oz. perfume is 0.9 lb. each with packaging; two boxes of chocolate - 1.9 lb.). Allow seven-ten days for your check or money order to arrive and fifteen days to clear.

Shipping
The more you buy, the more you save on shipping (some exceptions may apply). Handling fee is a part of shipping charge.
To calculate shipping, place desired product into Shopping Cart by clicking the Order button below product description. You will be taken to your Shopping Cart page where you may scroll down and checkout or click Continue Shopping. Your
Shopping Cart is also accessible through "Shopping Cart" button to the
left of every product page. While there, scroll down, enter your
ship-to address, pick a shipping method and click Apply button. You may
change shipping method or go back to update product quantity and click
Apply again to see the difference. Your shipping fee and updated order
total are shown on top of the page.
The products you have picked are kept in your Shopping Cart
for a few hours but may be sold out if someone else completed their
orders before you did. Your order is not complete until you click
Submit button. Before that moment, no information you have entered is
received by us and no pre-sale authorization is made to your card.
For UPS and 2nd Day shipments, a carrier may need your
day-time phone number to ensure timely delivery. Please provide a
day-time phone number for shipping address given. Please note in
Comments field if you do not want us to disclose your phone number to
the carrier.
Please note that we normally need 5-7 business days (up to 10
business days in November and December) for verification and order processing before your
package may leave the warehouse. After processing, the product in stock
should arrive to your U.S. continental address within 4-7 business days
(up to 10 business days in November and December) unless you select
Parcel Post (3 weeks). It may take a bit longer for shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Express and 2nd Day Air delivery
is also available.
All perfumes except perfume essence must go via ground mail. Please
note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. USPS mail is used for Hawaiian
products. Perfumes are shipped via Parcel Post.
International shipments
- usually sent via USPS Priority International (delivery takes 6-10
days) or First Class International Mail (10-14 days). Some of our
products cannot be shipped overseas.
We reserve the right to choose a carrier and use a different shipping
method from the one you have elected to ensure prompt delivery without
additional cost to you.
Not every product will have a tracking number available before the
actual delivery of your package (please take a look at "Availability"
note in item description for each product). We are not responsible for
items lost or damaged during delivery to your destination address if
you, the carrier or the third party contributed to such loss or damage
in any way. Also see the Force Majeure section below. Upon delivery,
you must inspect your package for any signs of significant damage and
notify a postal carrier immediately. As soon as you receive the
package, you must inspect the item and let us know immediately if there
is anything wrong.
For the lowest shipping charge and yet, timely delivery, we recommend
that you select UPS Ground
shipping method (applies to the lowest 48 states).
For Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands,
Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands, use First
Class or Priority (no perfumes) for a lowest shipping cost.
For the fastest delivery possible, we recommend 2nd
Day Air (no perfumes) or Express
Mail (no perfumes).
For international orders, please use International
shipping option. We reserve a right to request additional payment to
cover shipping and handling for international orders if needed.
Please be aware that weight listed in product description generally
reflects only main item weight. Actual shipping weight is not listed
and may vary. It
will include all additional parts included, packing materials, and
shipping box as well.
16.
Address Correction Fee
Please double-check your shipping address and zip code before
submitting your order. You must contact us with corrections before your
package is shipped. When you provide an incorrect shipping address
including a wrong zip code, UPS or FedEx carrier attempts to correct it
by contacting you and redelivers the package. In such cases, a
correction fee between $6.00 and $11.00 may be charged to your card or
billed to your PayPal account.
17.
Credit Card Disputes and Merchant Chargebacks
In case a PayPal or credit card dispute is wrongfully filed by a
customer, we reserve the right to recover chargeback fee of $20 from
your account in addition to an original transaction amount including
shipping. Instances of wrongful chargeback include person's refusal to
return merchandise or to provide a return tracking number while
fraudulently alleging to a credit card company that everything was
returned. By placing an order with us you agree to reimburse a
chargeback fee of $20 and original order total unless you were a victim
of identity theft and filed a police report. We reserve a right to
collect these amounts through billing, calling, filing a court action,
transferring your file to a collections agency, placing a note on your
record with credit card bureaus, notifying your credit card company
about non-receipt of alleged return, recovering this amount directly
from your credit card company or through other standard collection
procedures. If collection is unsuccessful, you agree that we may deduct
these funds from your next order until the debt is collected in full.
You may arrange for installments to avoid a collection action.
Before filing a dispute, please contact us about any possible problems
by leaving a voice message or writing us an email. We will do our best
to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.
Please understand that your package will not necessarily
arrive in a few days after your card was charged unless you might have
paid for Express or 2nd Day shipping and used confirmed billing
address, i.e. the address shown on your card statement. Order
processing time requires at least a few days and is stated in all item
descriptions above the Order button. Delivery time for in-stock
products may take up to two weeks or up to one month for ground
shipments from Hawaii. Waitlisted/backordered products are shipped as
soon as they become available. Keep in mind that we are unable to defer
any PayPal payments, whether you used a credit/debit card through
PayPal merchant system or paid with PayPal funds.
18.
Waitlist or Advance Order
You may backorder certain products on Waitlist or Advance Order by
selecting Waitlist option on product page. This means that the product
is currently sold out but is expected back in stock within the next
two-four weeks (or expected date for Advance Order). When your verified
Waitlist order exists in our system, you are guaranteed to be the first
in line to receive the product when it arrives in stock. In some rare
instances customer demand may exceed quantity arriving at the moment,
and customers with latest Waitlist orders may be offered to either
cancel or continue waiting for the next shipment.
Every time an order is submitted, your account gets authorized for a
purchase amount. This automatic transaction temporarily holds your
order total amount for a few days until it expires. We do not charge
backorders (indicated as waitlist in item descriptions) until they are
prepared for shipment except certain expiring PayPal or international
payments. Backorders may require a reauthorization. Please be sure to
have funds in your account that would be enough to complete your
purchase once the items arrive back in stock. Otherwise, a new order
may need to be placed after initial authorization has expired if
reauthorization is not possible on your card.
19.
Free Shipping Products
There are no tricks with ordering our Free Shipping products. They are
brand new and have U.S. warranty as well. The same return, replacement,
and similar shipping rules apply to these products as to any other
items in our store except that we ship them at our own expense. The
words "with free shipping"
will appear next to the price to identify this convenient offer. Actual
shipping cost may be deducted from your order total upon return of such
merchandise.
If you want a Free Shipping product to be delivered to Alaska, American
Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin
Islands or overseas, we may contact you about adding additional
handling fee to your total.
Express, 2nd Day Air, or International delivery do not apply
to Free Shipping products. If you do choose
such shipping method for a Free Shipping item, we will contact you with
a new total amount by applying shipping and handling costs.
20.
UPS Ground (for the lower 48 states only)
If you choose "UPS Ground" shipping method, shipping charge is computed
with the
UPS Quick Cost Calculator plus $1.50 shipping materials and
handling charge for the entire order. After you package is shipped, we
give you a tracking number for it unless the opposite is stated in item
description (see "Availability" note for each product). There is a
slight possibility that UPS web site might be down and your ground
shipping charge could not be calculated. In this case, if you complete
an order form on our web site, we will contact you with the correct
shipping amount.
21.
Express Shipping
Express shipping charges are calculated based on Express Mail rates
plus packing materials
and handling cost which vary depending on weight and item count. You
will receive a tracking number for your package unless the opposite is
stated in item description (see "Availability" note for each product).
If you complete your order before 8 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time Monday
through Friday and your item is in stock, the package should be
delivered to you within one-two business days after necessary order
processing time (please allow at least one business day for order
screening and processing Express shipment).
In case if Express delivery is impossible for a
particular item, you will be notified via e-mail and charged only
according to the next fastest shipping method we will use instead.
22.
Ship to Hawaii
Certain products (nesting dolls, hand-crafted gifts, coffee, calendars,
and jewelry) are being shipped from Hawaii either via USPS First Class
or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or FedEx Ground. Please
select "Ship to Hawaii" option as your shipping method. Generally, you
will receive a tracking number for your package trackable at
http://www.usps.com (with "accepted" and "delivered" information only)
or a FedEx Ground tracking number.
"Ship to Hawaii" option applies only to the items listed above
and shipped to Hawaii address. If you select it for products not listed
above, we will modify your shipping cost according to shipping
warehouse location and let you
know via e-mail. Quantity of items for this shipping method is limited
to 40 per order.
23.
Parcel Post (For Perfumes, 3 weeks) Shipping
Parcel Post is used primarily for perfume shipments. Delivery takes 3-4
weeks from Hawaii. If you order chocolates or other perishable food
products, we will use another shipping method. However, your perfumes
will arrive separately if ordered with other items.
24.
Air (4-7 days) Shipping
For USPS Priority Mail, please select "Air (4-7 days) Shipping" option.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the official Priority Mail
chart for Zone 8. Shipping materials and handling cost are added
depending on weight of your package and number of items ordered. We
will try to reduce a shipping cost for you without sacrificing a speed
of shipment and quality of packaging.
Generally, you will receive a tracking number for your package
trackable at http://www.usps.com (with "accepted" and "delivered"
information only). In some instances, tracking information will be
unavailable as stated in item description (see "Availability" note for
each product).
Please note that some products (Honeywell and some other
brands) may not be shipped via Priority Mail or such shipping may cause
significant order processing delays as compared to other carriers. In
this case, we will select another shipping method for your package or
will contact you with updated shipping charges trying to keep them as
low as possible.
25.
2nd Day Air (No Perfumes) Shipping
If you choose "2nd Day Air (no perfumes)" shipping method, shipping
charge is calculated with the UPS Quick Cost Calculator plus charge for
shipping materials and handling which vary depending on weight and item
count. After you package is shipped, we give you a tracking number for
it unless the opposite is stated in item description (see
"Availability" note for each product).
There is a slight possibility that UPS web site might be down and your
2nd Day Air shipping charge could not be calculated. In this case, if
you complete an order form, we will contact you with the correct
shipping amount.
26.
Out of Stock and Backordered Items
Please be aware that our inventory is fluctuating throughout a day. It
is updated every evening, Monday through Friday. However, our store
system may show a certain item in stock or saved in your shopping cart
while it might have sold out just before you placed your order. If this
happens to you, please accept our apologies first of all. We will
notify you about the
"out of stock" item within two business days with an option of
backorder, full refund (applies only if nothing was shipped to you
yet), or exchange for any other item within our online store.
Usually, our store system would not allow to order an "out of stock"
item. However, you may email us to
reserve any item which is expected, but is not in stock yet.
Reservation may be cancelled if item is discontinued.
In some cases, you may be asked to place an order in advance
to reserve particular products. Your credit card will not be billed
until your order is ready to ship. International orders may be billed
in advance.
27.
Warranty and Repair
All warranties for the products purchased through Lanawiliama, Inc. are
responsibility of the respective manufacturers. All issues, claims, and
questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to
the manufacturers.
Lanawiliama, Inc. does not handle repairs. Please contact
respective manufacturer for a list of repair locations or check
manufacturer's instructions supplied with your product.
As for nesting dolls and hand-crafted gifts issues and
questions, please contact Lanawiliama, Inc. directly

28.
Sales Tax
If your order is to be shipped into the state of Hawaii, you will be
charged the State of Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.712%.
29.
Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any delays, damage, failures or
inability to perform our obligations due to any cause beyond our
reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of war, acts of
terrorists, acts of God, earthquake, hurricane, flood, fire, embargo,
riot, sabotage, vandalism, electronic or electric failure, labor
shortage or dispute, industrial or environmental disturbance,
governmental emergency order, judicial or governmental act, emergency
regulations, pandemics, postal carrier closures, postal flights cancellations, distribution channel delays or closures, vendors' closures, supply chain interruptions or cancellations, major safety concerns, failure of the Internet, major computer hardware or
software failures, equipment delivery delays, banking system failures or interruptions, merchant processing failures or interruptions,
instances of hyperinflation, acts of third parties, serious illness impacting corporate officers, or death. In case of
continuing force majeur event, we will take reasonable efforts to
either ship or reimburse all unshipped orders, or issue store credit
usable once the service is restored. You may cancel your order (by emailing us with the word Cancel in a subject line) but
there shall be no liability on the part of Lanawiliama, Inc.
30.
Indemnification
By placing an order you declare that you are of the age of majority,
eligible to enter into a sales contract, and agree to indemnify and
hold our company, its officers, shareholders, and employees harmless
from any demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any
third party due to or arising out of your order. Such indemnification
shall include reimbursement of all our costs and legal fees incurred in
connection therewith.
We reserve the right to refuse our service to anyone.
31.
Applicable Law
By placing an order you agree that the Hawaii law and Federal law will
apply in case of any issues or demands between you and Lanawiliama, Inc.
32.
Mandatory Mediation or Negotiation
By placing an order you agree to resolve any claims or issues due to or
arising out of your order exclusively by mediation or negotiation that
will take place in Honolulu. We shall not be responsible for mediation
fees. You and Lanawiliama, Inc. shall make all necessary and reasonable
efforts to come to a mutual agreement. Such agreement shall be written,
signed, binding and enforceable in court. We shall not be responsible
for any amount larger than the total amount you paid for your order if
this amount was actually received by us. You agree not to pursue any
claim or issue in court, before a judge or jury or through arbitration
except for a purpose of enforcing such mutual mediation agreement. If
you initiate any court action or arbitration thus violating this store
policy to which you agreed when placing an order, you will be solely
responsible for all court filings, litigation, arbitration, travel and
attorney's fees and costs. We reserve the right to bill you, your
representative or heirs for such expenses and take all necessary
measures to collect.
Lanawiliama, Inc. reserves a right to prosecute fraud, spam,
harassment, etc. in court and to bill a responsible party, its
representative or heirs for all legal and travel expenses.
33.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lanawiliama, Inc. be liable for any damages
whatsoever, whether based on contract, tort, warranty, or other legal
or equitable grounds (including, without limitation, damages for loss
of profits, business interruption, loss of information, loss of data,
cost of procurement of substitute goods, loss or damage of property,
other pecuniary loss, and personal injury from proper or improper use
or handing of the product purchased.)
By placing an order you understand your full responsibility to follow
the manufacturer's instructions/directions for each product, not to
operate a damaged or broken unit, immediately unplug an electric
appliance after every use, not to leave it unattended or within reach
of children, contact a Service Center listed at the back of your Manual
for repairs, contact manufacturer to clarify any questions you may have
about the product or warranty, immediately contact us to request a User
Manual for your unit if no Manual was found in a manufacturer carton,
and not to operate the unit/use the product until you carefully read
and completely understand manufacturer's instructions/directions and
safety tips.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement/Info document, in
no event shall our liability arising out of, or relating to this
document, exceed the amount you paid to Lanawilima, Inc.
34.
Severability
The invalidity of any provision of this Agreement/Info document or our
Privacy Policy shall not affect the validity of any other provision.
35.
International Orders
We cannot ship perfume internationally.
Initial order from an international customer is limited to $100 or less
before shipping is added unless this limitation is lifted upon
negotiation. A higher amount will increase your customs duty.
To place an international order, please select your state and country
and choose International
shipping method in Shipping Calculator or during Checkout. Click Apply
to see your updated total with shipping. If no shipping option is
selected (this may happen with instant PayPal checkout), UPS Ground
rate is automatically added, which we will change to International
adjusting your total manually, unless you want your order shipped via
UPS Ground. If your shipping and handling charge needs to be increased
due to package weight or size, we will notify you with a request for
additional payment. International orders will ship to a billing address
or PayPal confirmed address only. If your address is unconfirmed,
please get your account verified with PayPal at the least. We will not
ship to P.O. Box unless it is your billing address registered for your
card. Orders from international customers are billed in advance.
Update: For Australia and United Kingdom, the only payment methods accepted are international postal
money orders from your local post office, Western Union or MoneyGram
payments in U.S. dollars. No bank checks or cash please. You have to understand that there is a wait time for backorders (waitlist) and special orders before they can ship, that international shipping is not free and an overnight delivery is not possible at this time. To mail in your order, see instructions and the form to print in the Order by Mail section 14 above. To estimate Australia shipping rates, select New Zealand in shipping calculator (see shopping cart page). For United Kingdom and Ireland, see approximate shipping rates on top of this page.
International shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. By placing
an order with us, you certify and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed
to all terms listed on this web page and on product page, you are at
least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a
binding sales contract. You cannot purchase certain articles or
participate in our giveaways and contests if such activity is
prohibited by law in your state or country.
We may request a credit card payment, an international money order or
Western Union transfer instead of PayPal payment for international
order in case of unconfirmed or unverified PayPal account.
If your country is not available on our list, please contact us via
e-mail to discuss international shipment fees and payment methods.
Some products may be unavailable for international shipping at this
time (for instance, precious metal/stone jewelry and appliances). If
you order such products, we may contact you with an option for order
modification or cancellation.
We are not responsible for any customs or other governmental fees that
may be imposed on your package in your country. The higher the total
value and item count of your order, the higher is a possibility of
customs duty added. Packages under $100 are usually fine in most
countries. In our experience, item count of 20 of the same product got
high customs fees in Europe for a few customers but the count of 7-8
was fine with no fees or just a very small customs duty added. All
international parcels are intended for customer's personal use or
personal consumption and not for commercial purposes or resale, unless
a copy of a valid resale/sales tax license has been provided by a
registered business.
Please be aware that all electric products we offer are manufactured to
fit USA, Canada, Japan, Brazil, and some similar South American
electric systems only (110-120 Volts AC, 60 Hz). You would need to
purchase a voltage transformer, adapter, or converter in order to use
our electric products in other countries and regions. However, you
would often eliminate your warranty coverage by using
electric items purchased in our store outside the United States (please
